Refund and Cancellation Policy

Course Fee

  • The total course fee varies depending on the program you select (listed on our Course Page or our partner site: buffinstituteofdesign.com), plus 18% GST.
  • To reserve a seat in an upcoming batch, a non-refundable booking amount of INR 10,000/- + 18% GST is required.
  • The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid in full before the commencement of classes.

Refund Policy

  • Once classes have started, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
  • If a student cancels their enrollment at least 10 days prior to the class commencement date, the registration fee of INR 10,000/- (excluding GST) will be refunded.
  • The refunded registration fee remains valid only for 3 months. After this period, rejoining is not permitted without paying a new booking amount of INR 10,000/- + 18% GST.
  • In exceptional cases, the admissions team may consider deferring the seat for genuine reasons, but refunds will not be issued beyond the above conditions.
  • Please note that only the registration fee is refundable, and strictly within the 3-month validity period.

Cancellation Procedure

  • To cancel your enrollment and claim a refund (if eligible), you must submit a cancellation request via email or official written communication to the course administration team.
  • Requests must be received at least 10 days before the scheduled class start date.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation from the administration team.

Non-Transferability

  • Course registrations and seat bookings are non-transferable.
  • The registration fee is tied exclusively to the individual who originally reserved the slot.

GST

  • Refunds will be processed excluding GST.
  • Only the base registration amount of INR 10,000/- will be refunded.

Policy Updates

The administration team reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will take effect immediately once published on the official website or communicated through official channels.
